Refund and exchange policy

WE HAVE A 7 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY ONLY unless damaged/faulty.

Store credit will be applied to your account once we receive the item. 

EXCEPTIONS- Dresses from the Crystalline collection cannot be exchanged or refunded.

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit. Once we have received the item and inspected it we will credit your account and you re-order the item that you would like. ( Postage costs will still apply).


To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We will send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange first will not be accepted.

You are responsible for postage costs when returning an item. We advise you to use a trackable service as we are not responsible for lost or missing parcels.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will offer uou store credit and you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

IF the item is damaged/faulty we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
