We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

 

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.

 

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

 

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items (if applicable).
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Dressline Arabia is not responsible for items lost in transit.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You are responsible for return shipping costs and we recommend you use a trackable service as we are not responsible for missing packages.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
The Luxury evening gown collection can not be exchanged or returned. Please make sure you order the correct size. Please contact us if your unsure of your size.



Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

 If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
